Phil G. is a seven-figure-per-month CPG founder. His brand started scaling in early 2026, right as AI tools were getting good, and he made a deliberate bet: take it to the next level on a lean team. Himself as founder and chief creative strategist, a few fractional video editors, and one customer-service rep, with overhead held under 5%. No creative pods, no in-house strategy team.
Challenge
Running a fast-scaling brand as a one-person creative strategy team
Phil saw the opening early. His brand was taking off just as AI got good enough to do real work, and he believed he could scale it with almost no overhead if he stayed the sole creative strategist and leaned on fractional help for execution. The catch was that being the only strategist meant every angle, every hook, and every brief ran through him.
So he did what most sharp operators try first. He assembled his own stack out of the base models, running his ideas and copy through Claude and ChatGPT. They were general-purpose tools, not built for marketing, and it showed most on the thing that mattered most to him: direct-response copy.

In under an hour he had 15 briefs and creative ready to hand his editors to freshen up a scaling ad set. The Facebook upload tool then saves him dozens of hours a month getting that creative live.
